When will I receive my order?
Because Dukiri Apparel is an independent design studio committed to sustainability, every item is made-to-order.

Production Time: Standard items take 2–7 business days. Technical wear and knitwear may take 5–10 business days for hand-finishing and quality control.

Shipping Time: * Canada & USA: 5–12 business days after production.

International: 10–20 business days depending on your location.

Multiple Packages: To get your items to you as fast as possible, orders with different product types may ship separately from our different specialized partner facilities at no extra cost to you.
Do you accept refunds or exchanges?
All Sales Are Final. Every garment is custom-manufactured specifically for you. We do not accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please consult the Size Guide on the product page before ordering. If you are still unsure about fit, contact us at dukiriarts@gmail.com for assistance.
What if there is a problem with my order?
If your item arrives damaged or with a clear manufacturing error, we will replace it.

Timeframe: Please report issues within 48 hours of delivery (up to 30 days for major defects).

Note: You do not need to return damaged products—once verified, we will simply ship a replacement.
Are there customs fees for international orders?
Yes. Any order shipping outside the facility's origin country (including many items shipping to Canada) may incur customs fees, duties, or import taxes. These fees are determined by your local government and must be paid by the recipient. Dukiri Apparel does not pre-pay or cover these costs.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Once an order enters the manufacturing batch (usually within 2 hours of placement), it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please contact us immediately at dukiriarts@gmail.com if you need to request a change, but please note we cannot guarantee it.
My tracking says "Delivered" but I don't have it.
If a courier marks a package as "Delivered" to the address provided, Dukiri Apparel cannot cover the cost of a replacement or refund. We recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office immediately.
What if my order is past the estimated delivery date?
Check your tracking link first, then contact your local post office. If they cannot help, email us with your order number. Problems must be reported within 4 weeks of the estimated delivery date to be eligible for an investigation.
Why does my new shirt have a slight smell or residue?
Our apparel is created using eco-friendly, water-based inks.

The Smell: You may notice a slight "vinegary" scent—this is a natural part of the printing process. It will disappear completely after one wash.

The Residue: Any slight off-white residue or "pressing marks" are temporary and will wash off in the first cycle. Please wash your garment before reporting these as stains.
